- Weekly inspections
- Inspections between check-out and check-in
- Manage and coordinate repairs to prepare for upcoming arrivals.
- Coordinate major repairs with the owner or representative. (Corrective, preventive, risk-based, and condition-based maintenance).
- Establish, coordinate, and monitor the maintenance program. (Air conditioning, Pool, Pressure washing, Pest control, Generator, Cistern, and golf cart/car).
- Respond to emergency calls.
We provide our own inventory of bedding. - Maintain the house inventory according to company standards.
- Assist with home staging.
Coordinate deep cleaning of the home, every 6 months or annually. - Coordinate cleaning services.
- Cleaning inspections.
- On-site concierge services: (Greet guests, Provide property tours, Follow up on guest requests, Regular on-site presence if necessary, and property facilitator)
- Reliable handyman services.
